We are obsessed with your experience – really. That’s why we cap classes for quality control so you get a kickass class every class. In kickboxing, you can always expect one bag per person with 26 heavy bags total. In a strength, expect no more than 17 people per class.
Absolutely not. Every class at HOTBOX is beginner friendly! If you’re feeling a little intimidated, don’t even sweat it. We’ll make sure you forget all about the nerves as soon as you walk in the door.
We know what you’re thinking, and it’s not as hot as hot yoga! Think about 20 degrees cooler but hot enough to get the sweat drippin’ quick so you can start kicking and striking safely and effectively.
Think of it as an investment, not an expense. It’s hard to put a price on community and confidence, especially the kind of confidence that comes from knowing that you’re stronger than you thought you were. Can you afford not to have that?
Strength is a circuit based, instructor led group class. It’s centered around six core movements proven to make you strong AF. No matter your goals, no matter your focus, we’ve got a strength class for that.

If it’s your first strength class, you’ll need comfortable tennis shoes, anything you’d usually wear to work up a sweat. If it’s your first kickboxing class, wear shoes you can easily slide in and out of. You’ll kickbox barefoot, so any shoes you wear will be tucked away in a cubby. If you’ve got your own gear, rad. As long as your gloves are at least 8oz, bring it on. If you don’t have gear, we have everything you need and then some, so come as you are. It’s how we like you best.
