We know you all are always on the hunt for new healthy snacks that will fuel all of your summer adventures and activities, AND for weekend beverages that don’t work against your fitness goals, so we asked a few of our trainers to share their favorite recipes you can make at home!

5-Ingredient Peanut Butter Energy Bites

HB Stinger Summer Cocktail 

Created by Mel Nulty, strength and kickboxing instructor

Remember that insane cocktail Mel made for our party last year that was wiped out in seconds? She’s finally sharing the recipe, and it’s the perfect drink for all of your summer festivities!

Ingredients:
4 slices of jalapeno
3-4 mint leaves
1 oz pomegranate juice
1.5o z sour mix
0.5 oz triple sec
1.5 oz of your favorite tequila

 

Instructions:

1. Muddle jalepeno slices and mint leaves at the bottom of a shaker tin.
2. Add tequila, triple sec, pomegranate juice, and sour mix.
3. Add ice, shake, strain and serve! Use extra jalepenos and mint for garnish!
